Campus Cuisine works with a variety of local restaurants to offer students a diverse assortment of nutritious lunches. With a few clicks of the mouse, you can arrange for delivery of healthy kid friendly lunches tailored to your child's preferences. You save time and eliminate the stress of packing a daily lunch, at about the same cost as if you bought it and prepared it yourself . A healthy lifestyle is achieved through the combination of regular exercise and good dietary habits. Campus Cuisine believes that involving children in the selection process helps parents teach their kids nutrition basics and ensures that their lunches are eaten and enjoyed.
New customers click “Register” to create your customer profile, user name and password. You may obtain the access code in Step 1 of the Campus Cuisine information letter provided by your school or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Existing customers click Log In.
Click “Log in” and review the “Terms and Conditions”. You may edit your customer profile, change your password and update credit/debit card information here.
AT THE START OF EACH SCHOOL YEAR ADD NEW STUDENT PROFILES
In addition to your customer profile, we need a student profile for each lunch recipient. These profiles must be recreated each school year to update grade and delivery information..If this changes, please contact us, so we can correct your orders.
VIEW MENU AND PLACE ORDERS
Log in and click "View Menu" to see and print your school menu.Select the number of months that you wish to view at the top of the page.Click "Manage Orders" to begin ordering.
The deadline for orders and changes is noon (EST) the day before.Click on a raspberry to choose a lunch for that day. You can copy that order for select days.
The lunch will appear on the calendar as "pending" until it is paid for. When you have finished selecting lunches, please click "Proceed to Secure Checkout", where you will review and submit your orders. Add a payment method and your card number will be saved on the secure Authorize.net server. You should see the "Order Complete Thank You" message when the process has been successfully completed.
CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDERS
To cancel lunches, click on any lunch and hit cancel. The system will ask you to select the child whose lunches need cancelling. Then you can click the lunches you don't want, hit cancel and you will receive a credit. To change an order please cancel everything ordered for that day, even if you still want part of the order. You can then place a new order for the items you want.
VIEW AND PRINT ORDERS
You can view current orders by clicking "manage orders". If the lunch says "pending" it hasn't been paid for, otherwise it has been processed and will be delivered on that day. After lunches have been delivered they are archived and you can see them by clicking "order history".
The cutoff time for orders, changes and cancellations is Noon Eastern Time the day before lunch is to be delivered. If your child is sick, please notify us before 8:00am that day for a credit. You will receive a Campus Cuisine credit for any lunches cancelled. (Note: Students at Lake Country Christian are not allowed to make same day cancellations for sickness, due to school policy.) If school is closed due to the weather, we will cancel the lunches and issue credits. Credits may be used to purchase future lunches, but are not refundable and will expire at the end of the school year in June.
